Senior Product Manager (Delivery)

Location: Must be based in Tallinn, Estonia. Role requires at least 12 in-office days per month.

What you will do

• Form a vision for personalized consumer experiences in collaboration with Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering teams.
• Conduct discovery work, including customer research and analysis of AI-driven trends to identify real-world problems.
• Develop and prioritize a product roadmap for the Consumer Discovery team to drive business impact.
• Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept to market launch.
• Test product hypotheses and validate business contributions with data partners.
• Collaborate with leadership to craft the broader strategy for the Consumer group.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2C marketplace environment.
• Proven track record of taking complex products from concept to launch.
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to inform product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-centric approach to solving real-world user problems.
• Must be able to work on-site in Tallinn, Estonia.
