Software Licensing Product Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Must be based in North Reading, MA, US. This position is not eligible for international relocation or sponsorship.

What you will do

• Lead business process development for next-generation license management infrastructure.
• Collaborate with UX, CPQ, and CRM teams to align business systems with requirements.
• Develop customer-facing collateral and user documentation for licensing infrastructure.
• Own go-to-market planning and account migration strategies.
• Support field teams and customers throughout the roll-out process.
• Identify new business models and revenue streams for licensing infrastructure.

Requirements

• BS in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3-8 years of software product development, product management, or marketing experience.
• Proven success in managing cross-functional teams and optimizing business processes.
• Experience in Agile methodologies, change management, and project management.
• Proficiency in license management tools and transitioning from legacy systems.
• Experience with UX collaboration and gathering use case requirements.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Experience with Flexera/Revenera Licensing Systems.
