Salary: $105,000–$120,000 annually.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and validate data mapping, transformation, and integration solutions across multiple systems.
• Investigate and resolve complex data quality and integration issues to ensure accuracy.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Create and maintain mapping specifications and technical documentation.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve data quality.
• Mentor analysts and promote best practices across the team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in data mapping, analysis, and integration.
• 3+ years of experience working with medical claims data.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, or Spark SQL.
• Experience working with AWS and complex, multi-source data environments.
