TL;DR

Senior IAM Engineer: Designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-wide identity and access management solutions with an accent on RBAC, PIM/PAM, and authentication protocols. Focus on architecting robust IAM systems, integrating SSO solutions, and ensuring security compliance across complex web and mobile environments.

What you will do

Architect, develop, and deploy robust IAM systems to meet enterprise requirements.
Provide strategic input to drive the identity management program forward.
Assess and gather technical requirements from stakeholders across Engineering, Compliance, and HR.
Design and implement security policies and standards to minimize organizational risk.
Serve as the primary subject matter expert for IAM domain challenges.
Monitor and maintain IAM infrastructure to ensure high availability and security.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of experience in software solution design and IAM domain.
Proficiency with IAM tools such as SailPoint, BeyondTrust, Okta, or Azure AD.
Deep knowledge of authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
Strong experience with SQL scripting for data management.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

Experience with Java/J2EE enterprise web development.
Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins and Ansible.
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP.
