What you will do

• Architect, develop, and deploy robust IAM systems to meet enterprise requirements.
• Provide strategic input to drive the identity management program forward.
• Assess and gather technical requirements from stakeholders across Engineering, Compliance, and HR.
• Design and implement security policies and standards to minimize organizational risk.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for IAM domain challenges.
• Monitor and maintain IAM infrastructure to ensure high availability and security.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software solution design and IAM domain.
• Proficiency with IAM tools such as SailPoint, BeyondTrust, Okta, or Azure AD.
• Deep knowledge of authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
• Strong experience with SQL scripting for data management.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java/J2EE enterprise web development.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins and Ansible.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP.
