What you will do
- Prepare scientifically accurate copy for abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and slide decks.
- Manage project tasks and deadlines to ensure delivery within budget.
- Liaise with clients and external thought leaders to facilitate project execution.
- Incorporate internal and external review comments while ensuring industry compliance.
- Monitor project time against budgets and provide regular financial updates.
- Maintain awareness of therapeutic areas, competitors, and emerging data.
Requirements
- Life sciences degree required (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry processes and compliance guidelines.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
- Must be based in Canada.
