What you will do
- Lead the product roadmap for ticket selection and checkout, prioritizing features based on business goals, customer insights, and market trends.
- Partner with engineering, design, product operations, account management, client services, marketing, and LA28 stakeholders to validate requirements and launch new features.
- Optimize conversion funnels, personalization, performance, and user engagement to improve fan experiences and business outcomes.
- Conduct user research and analyze data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Define and track KPIs for the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure usability, consistency, and compliance with local regulations across the website and mobile app; mentor and develop a team of product managers.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of product management experience for consumer-facing digital products across web and mobile app platforms.
- 5+ years of experience managing a team of product managers.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile product development and UX best practices.
- Experience with conversion optimization, personalization, and user engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including presenting to executive audiences.
