What you will do

• Oversee the development and execution of creative concepts across digital, print, and traditional media.
• Lead and mentor the creative team to foster growth, autonomy, and high-quality output.
• Present creative solutions to clients, explaining how concepts solve specific business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment and marketing objectives are met.
• Push creative boundaries to innovate within the healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing landscape.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in digital, print, and traditional marketing.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, including drug launch knowledge.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic industry standards, legal restrictions, and competitive markets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to lead pitch efforts and deliver persuasive presentations.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA and reside in a location eligible for hire.
