G&A; FP&A; Manager

What you will do

• Lead a dedicated G&A FP&A team and own forward FP&A and actuals accountability across G&A cost centers (IT, HR, Facilities, Finance, Legal, Investor/Corporate Relations, Corporate Development, Executive Management).
• Review and own consolidated G&A function actuals; challenge analyst outputs and ensure consolidated results are defended.
• Own the G&A Quarterly Business Review (QBR): present actuals and forecast, hold cost center managers to budget, and ensure accruals/forecasts are defended.
• Serve as a trusted finance partner to G&A leaders by building/defending budgets, identifying savings, and leading headcount and workforce planning.
• Provide SOX control sign-off authority for G&A and Facilities, oversee EPM/planning system administration, and sign off on balance sheet reconciliations.
• Run budgeting, AOP, and reforecast cycles for G&A, including variance analysis, scenario modeling, allocations, and spend governance; partner on ERP/Oracle migration and finance transformation.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience, including corporate finance, with demonstrated advancement.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or managing a small team and operating as a player-coach.
• Strong forecasting, modeling, variance analysis, and consolidation skills.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Oracle and EPM tools (Hyperion/Essbase, EPM) or Power BI preferred.
• Experience with process improvement, automation, and ERP environments; AI tools experience is a plus.
