What you will do

• Become a subject matter expert on Absolute technology and communicate its value to new and existing customers.
• Deliver in-depth product overviews and demos to drive solution adoption.
• Collaborate with Lenovo and Absolute sales teams to manage activations and renewals for sold accounts.
• Provide pre-sales assistance and support to account managers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Prepare and communicate weekly and monthly partner status and pipeline reports.
• Drive program improvements based on field feedback and industry knowledge.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Raleigh/Durham, NC area.
• Proven experience in IT or PC business, specifically with endpoint security solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present to executive-level audiences.
• Experience working with Lenovo and their North American Public Sector organization.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment.
• Ability to travel within North America (approx. 20%) and occasionally to Latin America.
