Salary: $163,710 – $306,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own reliability for hirify.global Cloud, managed single-tenant, and BYOC environments including provisioning and upgrades.
• Build automation for manual infrastructure tasks like Terraform runs, secret rotations, and migration workflows.
• Improve observability by turning health signals into actionable insights for internal operators and customers.
• Design safer deployment and rollback paths to keep Cloud and managed customers on current versions.
• Partner with product engineers to define infrastructure requirements for new product dependencies.
• Write technical documentation, runbooks, and migration guides for complex systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or UK.
• Deep experience operating production infrastructure in AWS.
• Strong Kubernetes fundamentals and real-world infrastructure-as-code experience using Terraform.
• Operational judgment regarding databases, specifically Postgres.
• Programming ability in Go, Python, TypeScript, Java, or Ruby.
• Experience building or operating observability systems for customer-facing SaaS.
