Salary: $195,000 – $230,000

hirify.global is an applied AI lab building an agent workspace for GTM teams to automate sales busywork and scale revenue operations.

What you will do

  • Hire, onboard, and develop a growing team of SMB Customer Success Managers.
  • Design and improve playbooks, workflows, and tooling for a high-velocity, scaled customer motion.
  • Own team retention and expansion performance, including GRR and NRR targets.
  • Coach the team on proactive outreach, data interpretation, and commercial conversations.
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for escalated customer situations.
  • Partner with RevOps and product teams to translate customer patterns into actionable feedback.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS Customer Success experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding NRR/GRR targets.
  • Strong data literacy with experience interpreting usage metrics and health scores.
  • Hands-on experience with CS tooling like Gainsight, Totango, or ChurnZero.
  • Builder mentality with experience shipping processes and playbooks in early-stage environments.
  • Excellent communication skills capable of managing C-suite escalations.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the sales tech or outbound sales space.
  • Familiarity with sales tech stacks like Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
