What you will do
- Hire, onboard, and develop a growing team of SMB Customer Success Managers.
- Design and improve playbooks, workflows, and tooling for a high-velocity, scaled customer motion.
- Own team retention and expansion performance, including GRR and NRR targets.
- Coach the team on proactive outreach, data interpretation, and commercial conversations.
- Serve as the senior point of contact for escalated customer situations.
- Partner with RevOps and product teams to translate customer patterns into actionable feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS Customer Success experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding NRR/GRR targets.
- Strong data literacy with experience interpreting usage metrics and health scores.
- Hands-on experience with CS tooling like Gainsight, Totango, or ChurnZero.
- Builder mentality with experience shipping processes and playbooks in early-stage environments.
- Excellent communication skills capable of managing C-suite escalations.
Nice to have
- Experience in the sales tech or outbound sales space.
- Familiarity with sales tech stacks like Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
