What you will do

• Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of high-quality visual strategies and design solutions.
• Oversee design deliverables to ensure consistency with client brand standards and quality expectations.
• Mentor mid-level and junior designers through guidance, technical reviews, and constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with project managers to assess scope, allocate resources, and balance team workloads.
• Improve design workflows, asset management processes, and production templates to enhance efficiency.
• Prepare, pre-flight, and package files for digital, web, print, and packaging production.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or Lead Designer with a strong portfolio in digital, editorial, and branding.
• Advanced knowledge of typography, brand architecture, layout design, color theory, and illustration.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Comfortable working in a macOS environment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring designers and managing team dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for leading client meetings and presenting creative decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe InDesign and Adobe XD.
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with Generative AI design workflows.
