What you will do

• Build and maintain the design language for web products to ensure consistency across all domains.
• Ensure all external-facing web pages align with the company's house style and tone of voice.
• Improve solutions through early prototype testing and constant A/B experimentation.
• Support platform engineers in an agile environment to implement design specifications accurately.
• Conduct content audits to drive consistency and optimize user experience.
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to increase efficiency and output quality.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio with case studies required for application.
• Extensive experience in product design using Figma and Adobe.
• Solid understanding of web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JS, and React.
• Deep knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards (AA and AAA).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
