What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle development of backend features for Cortex XSOAR, from architecture and design to production deployment.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate shared Cortex infrastructure and components.
• Provide real-time mitigation and solutions for production issues.
• Engage with customers and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
• Develop innovative AI-based solutions to enhance the Cortex product line.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including scalable server-side applications.
• 5+ years of extensive hands-on programming in Go and Python.
• 7+ years of experience with production troubleshooting and customer response for on-prem and SaaS products.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Strong knowledge of containerization (Kubernetes, Docker) and Linux/Unix systems.
• Understanding of distributed computing concepts (CAP theorem, master election).

Nice to have

• Strong computer science fundamentals including lock-free data structures and hashing algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
