Senior Mobile Programmer (Unreal Engine)

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable C++ systems within Unreal Engine for iOS and Android platforms.
• Optimize game systems for performance, memory, bandwidth, and power consumption on diverse mobile hardware.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and engineers to integrate gameplay, tools, and rendering pipelines.
• Debug complex runtime issues, including platform-specific behaviors and performance bottlenecks.
• Mentor junior programmers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Contribute to technical architecture discussions and mobile development best practices.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of professional game programming experience with shipped mobile titles.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and hands-on experience with Unreal Engine.
• Deep understanding of mobile platform constraints (performance, memory, power).
• Experience with profiling tools like Xcode Instruments or Android profilers.
• Professional proficiency in English and French (required for collaboration in the Montréal office).
• Experience with version control systems such as Perforce or Git.
