What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic accounts across financial and enterprise verticals.
- Lead technical onboarding and project manage new product deployments.
- Provide hands-on guidance on Web/Mobile SDK integration and REST/webhook architectures.
- Monitor account health and lead technical incident response bridges.
- Translate customer pain points into actionable product feedback for internal engineering teams.
- Build AI-assisted workflows to improve documentation and accelerate onboarding.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role such as TAM, Solutions Engineer, or Implementation Consultant.
- Strong working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and async integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Web or Mobile SDK integration (iOS, Android, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Proficiency with SQL for log analysis and operational reporting.
- Comfort with cloud infrastructure fundamentals, specifically AWS.
- Scripting ability in Python, Bash, or equivalent for automation.
Nice to have
- Experience with identity verification, fraud prevention, or biometric authentication.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2, PCI, or GDPR/CCPA.
- Prior experience at a high-growth SaaS or fintech company.
