What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic accounts across financial and enterprise verticals.
  • Lead technical onboarding and project manage new product deployments.
  • Provide hands-on guidance on Web/Mobile SDK integration and REST/webhook architectures.
  • Monitor account health and lead technical incident response bridges.
  • Translate customer pain points into actionable product feedback for internal engineering teams.
  • Build AI-assisted workflows to improve documentation and accelerate onboarding.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role such as TAM, Solutions Engineer, or Implementation Consultant.
  • Strong working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and async integration patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with Web or Mobile SDK integration (iOS, Android, JavaScript/TypeScript).
  • Proficiency with SQL for log analysis and operational reporting.
  • Comfort with cloud infrastructure fundamentals, specifically AWS.
  • Scripting ability in Python, Bash, or equivalent for automation.

Nice to have

  • Experience with identity verification, fraud prevention, or biometric authentication.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2, PCI, or GDPR/CCPA.
  • Prior experience at a high-growth SaaS or fintech company.
