UA Manager

What you will do

• Set up, manage, and scale Meta Ads campaigns while optimizing conversions and acquisition costs.
• Test and expand paid channels including TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Deliver regional user acquisition plans, manage budgets, and provide performance insights.
• Develop analytical tools and reporting approaches for campaign measurement.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and product managers on creative development and conversion rate improvement.
• Test new user acquisition funnels and promotional products.

Requirements

• Exceptional experience with Meta Ads; experience with other paid channels is beneficial.
• Background in marketing analytics, A/B testing, and metrics-driven marketing.
• Advanced experience with analytical tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• English at B1 level or higher.
• Proven experience managing hundreds of thousands in advertising spend.
