What you will do

• Set up and run Meta Ads campaigns to drive rapid conversions at optimal CPA.
• Test and scale new paid acquisition channels including TikTok and LinkedIn Ads.
• Manage regional UA plans, budgets, and reporting while coordinating with business stakeholders.
• Develop analytical tools to enhance the measurement of marketing campaign performance.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to implement a creative-first approach.
• Work with product managers to optimize conversion rates across all digital assets.

Requirements

• Exceptional expertise in Meta Ads.
• Strong background in Marketing Analytics, A/B Testing, and metrics-driven strategies.
• Advanced experience with analytical tools.
• Proven track record of managing substantial ad spends (hundreds of thousands).
• English: B1 level minimum.
