What you will do

• Define and adjust team schedules in collaboration with Production and the VFX Supervisor.
• Develop and communicate the artistic vision and goals of the show.
• Review and screen dailies for internal and client approval.
• Mentor artists, promote ownership, and provide professional growth opportunities.
• Streamline and unify templates and sequences to improve production efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-discipline stakeholders to develop and refine workflows.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Houdini and Nuke.
• Proven experience as a Lighting Lead or Supervisor in a similar role.
• Strong artistic instincts in photography, filmmaking, design, and storytelling.
• Ability to remain calm and confident in a fast-paced production environment.
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
