Location: Must be based in Amman, Jordan or Cairo, Egypt (Hybrid: up to 2 days/week WFH)

What you will do

• Design and position hirify.global Airports solutions across the MEA region in collaboration with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams.
• Lead pre-sales activities, including qualification, solution shaping, workshops, and RFP/RFI/RFQ responses.
• Translate complex airport operational requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Design systems across domains including Passenger Processing, Biometrics, Baggage Management, and Smart Airport initiatives.
• Define integration approaches for cloud, infrastructure, networks, APIs, and third-party systems.
• Ensure solution resilience, availability, and compliance with aviation standards (ICAO, IATA, ACI).

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in IT, aviation technology, airport systems, or solution engineering/pre-sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of systems integration, APIs, and enterprise IT environments.
• Proven experience in customer-facing pre-sales engagements and proposal development.
• Certifications such as TOGAF, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), or Cybersecurity (Security+, CISSP) are highly valued.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Amman, Jordan or Cairo, Egypt.

Nice to have

• Experience in large-scale mission-critical operational environments (airport or airline).
• Familiarity with ICAO, IATA, and ACI aviation industry frameworks.
• Knowledge of airport digital transformation and passenger experience modernization projects.
