Salary: $130,000 – $140,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead CGI Art Directors and artists to solve client business problems through high-end photorealistic 3D imagery.
• Act as the quality guardian for key accounts, owning the photoreal standard from concept to final delivery.
• Oversee the full CGI pipeline, including modelling, texturing, look-dev, lighting, rendering, and retouching.
• Concept and develop motion and video content for social, broadcast, and digital channels.
• Manage team staffing, structuring, and professional growth for both full-time and freelance CGI talent.
• Collaborate with global offices and operations to establish pipeline standards and workflow efficiencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CGI/content production with a strong focus on photorealistic CPG products.
• Proven experience leading and managing teams within a CGI or content production environment.
• Expert fluency in DCCs such as Houdini, Maya, and C4D, and rendering engines like V-Ray, Redshift, and Karma.
• Strong command of Adobe and Substance suites, and proficiency in Keynote/PowerPoint.
• A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating innovative creative ideas and photoreal execution.
• Must be based in Toronto, ON for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Diploma or degree in CGI, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience exploring AI-assisted CGI workflows to advance team output.
