Business Analyst (IAM)

Business Analyst (IAM): Bridging business, security, and engineering to translate compliance and risk requirements into functional designs for Identity Governance & Administration platforms. Location: Hybrid model in Poland (Lublin, Opole, Warsaw, Gdańsk, Katowice, Wrocław, Poznań, Kraków)

What you will do

• Lead functional analysis for IGA, translating security and compliance needs into testable requirements and user stories.
• Design and transform governance workflows including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and access recertifications.
• Define RBAC models and Segregation-of-Duties (SoD) rules in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Partner with IGA engineers to automate provisioning workflows and integrate data across connected applications.
• Drive application onboarding to the IGA platform through workshops and functional design creation.
• Prepare audit-ready reporting, define metrics, and support evidence collection for continuous compliance.

Requirements

• Solid working knowledge of IGA/IAM, including governance controls and access reviews.
• Experience in drafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional designs.
• Proficiency with documentation tools including Jira, Confluence, Excel, and Visio.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead workshops and build alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in Poland or able to work in a hybrid model in one of the listed office locations.
