What you will do

• Own the implementation quality and stability for complex multiplayer gameplay systems.
• Conduct technical design reviews, resolve gameplay bugs, and identify systemic risks.
• Establish best practices and drive technical consistency across interconnected gameplay systems.
• Mentor designers in engine workflows, scripting standards, and debugging practices.
• Enable fast iteration by validating setups and supporting playtests.
• Contribute to system tuning to ensure scalable solutions for long-term player engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional game development experience in a technical design role.
• Proven ownership of complex multiplayer systems.
• Experience with game engines and visual scripting tools (Frostbite, Unreal, or Unity).
• Ability to collaborate with engineering and cross-discipline partners to deliver scalable features.
• Strong debugging skills and the ability to anticipate technical risks.
• Experience mentoring designers on multiplayer or large-scale online titles.
