Engineering Manager (Gaming)

Location: Hybrid (Malta). Must be based in Malta; office attendance is required 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).

What you will do

• Build and lead high-performing engineering teams, ensuring they are properly structured and staffed with the right skills.
• Collaborate with product and design counterparts to plan and scope the product development roadmap.
• Drive excellence in recruitment, onboarding, and professional career development for engineers.
• Take ownership of the engineering teams' delivery, focusing on both time-to-market and technical quality.
• Define and monitor team performance metrics to optimize development processes and productivity.
• Advocate for and implement modern agile software development practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Direct experience working with Game Integrations products and solutions.
• Strong understanding of Web Development based products and solutions.
• Ability to ensure system health, performance, and stability through monitoring of SLAs.
• Experience collaborating with architecture and product teams to align engineering efforts with business goals.
• CV must be submitted in English.
