Location: Must be based in Armenia, Cyprus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Malta, Poland, or Ukraine. Hybrid or Remote flexibility.

What you will do
- Develop and execute the market entry strategy and brand positioning for BatTrip.
- Define the brand's development strategy, key initiatives, and priority goals.
- Create unconventional marketing concepts and promotion mechanics to differentiate the brand from competitors.
- Implement new marketing ideas and test creative and performance tools to find growth points.
- Draft detailed marketing briefs and oversee campaign execution at all stages.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to transform insights into marketing solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing.
- Ability to independently develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans.
- Experience in developing UVPs, positioning, and key communication messages.
- Strong understanding of audience acquisition channels and data-driven decision-making.
- English proficiency: Intermediate (B1) or higher.
- Must be based in Armenia, Cyprus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Malta, Poland, or Ukraine.

- Experience delivering integrated 360° marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing creative projects and collaborating with marketing agencies.
