What you will do

• Develop and produce Playable Ads using a proprietary internal game engine.
• Enhance and optimize the automated agent pipeline for generating playable ads.
• Build internal tools for 3D asset auto-retopology, 3D location assembly, and prop assembly.
• Develop systems for automated 2D asset generation.
• Mentor other team members within the development team.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of JavaScript (ES6) and TypeScript.
• Commercial experience with PixiJS and/or ThreeJS.
• 2+ years of professional experience in developing Playable Ads.
• Proven track record of optimizing performance across various devices.
• Proficiency with Git and experience implementing game mechanics.

Nice to have

• Experience with third-party AI agents and generative pipelines.
• Knowledge of shaders and the ability to create FX effects.
• Experience with physics engines such as Matter.js or Cannon-ES.
• Familiarity with Cocos Creator architecture or similar game engines.
• Basic Blender knowledge and experience with the 3D pipeline.
• Experience writing automated or regression tests.
