TL;DR
Director, Revenue (SaaS): Leading global revenue recognition and strategy across SaaS and professional services with an accent on ASC 606 compliance and scalable growth. Focus on governing SSP strategy, optimizing revenue systems, and managing a global revenue team to ensure operational consistency.
Location: Hybrid (Raanana, Israel) - 2 days office, 3 days remote per week

What you will do
- Lead global revenue recognition under US GAAP (ASC 606) for SaaS, perpetual licenses, and services.
- Define and govern SSP strategy across products, regions, and channels.
- Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance on deal structuring and non-standard contracts.
- Manage revenue systems (CRM, billing, ERP) to ensure compliant and scalable accounting.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue close, including executive reporting and disclosures.
- Build and develop a high-performing global revenue team across multiple regions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in revenue accounting or finance within a SaaS or software company.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing global, multi-location teams.
- Deep understanding of ASC 606 and SSP methodologies.
- Proficiency with Workday, Zuora, Revpro, and BI tools.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Raanana, Israel office according to the hybrid model.
