Senior Data Science Engineer (AI): Developing and enhancing the core engine for an advanced AI assistant with an accent on Agentic AI systems, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and LLM orchestration. What you will do
- Develop and enhance the core engine behind an advanced AI assistant.
- Build and optimize Agentic AI systems, RAG, and LLM orchestration workflows.
- Improve retrieval quality and ensure AI responses are grounded, secure, and production-ready.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI services.
- Continuously evaluate system performance and contribute to the evolution of AI solutions.
Requirements
- Master's degree in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- 3-6 years of experience as a (Senior) Data Scientist.
- Deep expertise in GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, vector databases, and chunking methods.
- Proficiency in at least one LLM framework: Langgraph, Langchain, Llamaindex, AutoGen, or PydanticAI.
- Strong technical skills in Python, API, MCP, SQL, and Git.
- Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS and on-premises.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of text2image models.
- Experience with Docker, Github Runners, and Airflow.
- Familiarity with the Google AI stack for Natural Language Processing.
