Location: Hybrid in Riga, Latvia

Salary: Up to EUR 2,000 gross per month

What you will do

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle for Latvian staff, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding.
  • Prepare employment contracts and ensure all documentation complies with Latvian labour law and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HiBob, ensuring it remains the company's single source of truth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and employment-related questions.
  • Collaborate with Talent Partners, Payroll, IT, and Legal to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Support HR audits and ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection standards.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or Human Resources Administration.
  • Good knowledge of Latvian Labour Law and employment administration.
  • Fluency in Latvian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working with HR Information Systems (HiBob is a plus).
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Riga office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting both office-based and production employees.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and HR data privacy requirements.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing or international company.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with an ability to identify automation opportunities.
