What you will do

• Manage and execute submissions for patches, content, and store pages on Sony, Microsoft, Steam, Epic Games Store, and Nintendo.
• Provide expert advice on first-party platform compliance, best practices, and new opportunities.
• Develop and maintain release schedules in collaboration with game team leads and product owners.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between internal development teams and first-party partners.
• Coordinate with Localization, User Research, and Marketing teams to ensure timely and quality releases.
• Handle age rating certification and submissions to Global Age Rating Boards.

Requirements

• Background in Release Management with experience in first-party submission and delivery processes.
• Proficiency with first-party dev portals (Steam, EGS, Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo).
• Deep knowledge of first-party requirements such as TRCs, XRs, and lotcheck.
• Previous experience in Live Service games as a Release Manager, QA, Compliance QA, or Producer.
• Familiarity with JIRA, ASANA, MIRO, and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of CVAA, COPPA, and GDPR guidelines.
