What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software focusing on availability and reliability.
• Analyze requirements, review designs, and estimate user stories using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Propose and implement code refactoring and optimization improvements based on best practices.
• Mentor less experienced developers through training, task distribution, and monitoring.
• Contribute to the developer community by sharing knowledge and conducting technical talks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer working with relational databases.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with PostgreSQL in production, high-load environments.
• Proven track record of designing and operating data pipelines for large volumes of data.
• Experience owning end-to-end data architecture decisions.
• Experience with Citus or similar distributed SQL databases is strongly preferred.
• Must be located in Ukraine.
