What you will do

• Build, mentor, and manage an offshore QA team while promoting modern automation tools.
• Align testing strategies and release schedules with the Israel-based QA leadership.
• Drive the adoption of both manual and automated technical quality standards.
• Coordinate daily efforts between the QA team and developers to resolve blockers.
• Manage multiple testing priorities while balancing manual and automated efforts.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and testing tools, including AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a QA Team Lead.
• Minimum 2-3 years of direct QA experience in Fintech or Banking.
• Relevant certification in software testing (ISTQB, CSTE, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, Playwright, Appium, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience with API and mobile app testing (iOS and Android).
