What you will do

• Conduct in-depth analysis of high-stakes real estate projects to connect property details with market trends.
• Develop compelling narratives and key messages to influence audience decision-making.
• Create and present authoritative content across digital platforms including website and social media.
• Lead the implementation of new content strategies and video programming initiatives.
• Mentor and coach team members on research, scriptwriting, and on-camera presentation skills.
• Define and uphold quality standards for all content, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, MBA, MRE, BBA, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in real estate analysis or content creation with a strong portfolio.
• Expert-level skills in researching and analyzing real estate data.
• Exceptional storytelling and on-camera presentation abilities.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills to develop team members.
• Strong ability to communicate persuasively and build trust with audiences.
