What you will do
- Assist in the improvement of security systems by collecting requirements, tracking tasks, and coordinating across teams.
- Identify opportunities to enhance internal workflows, system usability, and operational efficiency.
- Draft and maintain comprehensive product, project, and process documentation.
- Support day-to-day operational tasks to ensure business continuity.
- Manage security-facing communication channels, including content planning and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security-related business operations.
Requirements
- Must be a current university student or recent graduate.
- Strong interest in product management, project management, operations, or security-related business functions.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills for managing multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing clear documentation.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and hands-on attitude toward problem-solving.
- Ability to leverage AI tools effectively is considered a plus.
