What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical advocate for MSSP/MSP partners to drive new partnerships and expand existing ones.
• Design scalable, multi-tenant architectures that align with partner service delivery models and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with partner architects and sales engineers to operationalize CrowdStrike-powered managed service offerings.
• Develop technical enablement plans for partner SOC analysts, threat hunters, and incident responders.
• Act as the interface between internal Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to resolve partner issues and advocate for MSSP-specific requirements.
• Support partner demo environments and proof-of-concept engagements to demonstrate platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Significant experience in modern security platforms and understanding of MSSP operational models.
• Expertise in areas such as Cloud Security, Endpoint Defense, Threat Intelligence, or Incident Response.
• Proven experience in a security-focused Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or pre-sales technical role.
• Demonstrated ability to land and expand technology partnerships and grow revenue.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior executives and technical audiences.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%.

Nice to have

• Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience working with SIEM, SOAR, or XDR platforms in an MSSP context.
• Familiarity with multi-tenant security platform management.
