What you will do

• Administer monthly payroll and ensure compliance with UAE tax, social security, and labor requirements.
• Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation accurately and securely.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Coordinate benefits administration, including health insurance and leave management.
• Implement and maintain HR policies aligned with company standards and local regulations.
• Handle office administration tasks, including vendor management and office supplies.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or employee services.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, payroll processes, and statutory requirements.
• English and Arabic proficiency (written and spoken).
• Experience managing benefits administration and employee record-keeping.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR administration processes.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, crypto, or technology-driven companies.
• Exposure to HR operations in an international or startup environment.
