What you will do

• Co-create AI adoption roadmaps with customers and define a clear path to value.
• Analyze customer domains and business processes to prioritize the most impactful AI use cases.
• Frame deployment scope with executives and SMEs, define success metrics and guardrails, and oversee implementation with product, solutions engineering, and account teams.
• Drive change management: design onboarding materials, train users, monitor adoption, and close feedback loops.
• Measure and scale value by quantifying ROI, refining KPIs, and expanding successful use cases across teams.
• Translate between technical and business language and create deployment artifacts (plans, playbooks/runbooks, value trackers, stakeholder cadences).

Requirements

• Proven track record deploying AI/automation/data products with measurable impact and working with product/engineering and customer-facing teams.
• Strong business analysis and process design skills, including value mapping and executive communication.
• Comfort with LLMs/agents and understanding of APIs/integrations plus data/analytics concepts.
• Experience with agile project management, stakeholder alignment, and enablement/training at scale.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into a clear, prioritized plan with structured thinking and a bias to action.
• Hybrid role based in Sydney with 3 days in office.
