What you will do

• Own the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of the Assurance Ecosystem.
• Build and maintain a robust business development pipeline for federal government clients.
• Provide executive oversight for all engagements to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop top-tier consulting talent to foster a high-performing culture.
• Develop repeatable methodologies, frameworks, and IP, integrating AI and analytics into service delivery.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior government executives on governance, risk, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Public Administration required (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in audit, compliance, or risk management, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity.
• Deep knowledge of federal audit standards (GAGAS/Yellow Book) and OMB circulars.
• Demonstrated experience leading assurance engagements within federal government agencies.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex risk issues to senior leadership.
• Must be eligible to obtain a security clearance if not already active.

Nice to have

• CPA, CIA, CFE, or equivalent professional certifications.
• Experience with federal accounting systems (CARS, GTAS, UFMS).
• Familiarity with COSO or NIST Risk Management Frameworks.
