TL;DR

Tech Lead (Salesforce CRM): Leading the end-to-end delivery of a Salesforce-centric digital onboarding platform with an accent on data model architecture, automation, and integration contracts. Focus on defining technical standards, mentoring engineers, and ensuring production-grade quality for a global credit-bureau client.

Location: Must be based in Latin America, with a preference for alignment with PT or ET time zones. Candidates in Santiago, Chile may work hybrid from the office.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end Salesforce build, including data model, automation, and UI components.
  • Act as the primary design authority for the org's schema, security, and process architecture.
  • Define and protect API/data contracts between Salesforce and backend microservices.
  • Enforce engineering rigor, including Apex test coverage, FLS correctness, and CLI-based deployments.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers through technical reviews and hands-on support.
  • Communicate platform constraints and project status to non-technical stakeholders and PMs.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Latin America with availability to work in PT or ET time zones.
  • English: C1+ required for professional communication.
  • Spanish: C1+ strongly preferred for team and client collaboration.
  • Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Salesforce developer on complex Sales/Service Cloud projects.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Apex, Flows, LWC, and Salesforce security models.
  • Experience with SFDX, metadata-based deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of API-based integrations and cloud backend architectures.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Architect-track certifications.
  • Experience with DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce.
  • Domain knowledge in financial services, credit bureaus, or KYC processes.
  • Familiarity with Node.js, AWS, Terraform, and Jenkins/Bitbucket.
