What you will do

• Own the end-to-end Salesforce build, including data models, automation, and UI components.
• Act as the primary technical authority for the Salesforce org, ensuring architectural coherence.
• Enforce high engineering standards, including test coverage, security, and metadata-based deployment.
• Define and manage integration contracts between Salesforce and backend microservices.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical debt and delivery risks.
• Mentor and lead other engineers through technical reviews and hands-on support.

Requirements

• Fluent English (written and verbal) required.
• Must be based in Latin America.
• Proven experience delivering complex Salesforce Platform (Sales/Service Cloud) projects.
• Hands-on expertise with Apex, Flows, LWC, and Salesforce security models.
• Proficiency in SFDX, metadata/CLI deployment, and CI/CD strategies.
• Understanding of API-based integrations and cloud backend architectures.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Architect-track).
• Experience with DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Node.js, NestJS, AWS, and Terraform.
• Exposure to CMS-driven frontends like Next.js.
