What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of the logistics category strategy within Group Procurement.
• Deliver sourcing initiatives to drive value and efficiency across complex spend areas.
• Establish and maintain high-performing supplier partnerships to ensure network resilience.
• Partner with Global Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Legal to align procurement activities with business priorities.
• Lead supplier performance governance and manage complex commercial negotiations.
• Proactively respond to market dynamics and cost drivers to mitigate supply risks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a procurement professional in complex logistics environments.
• Expertise in category management, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management.
• Demonstrated track record of leading complex commercial negotiations and end-to-end sourcing activity.
• Relevant professional qualification in procurement or a related field.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen to balance cost, service, and risk.
• Ability to influence and build alignment with senior stakeholders across the organization.
