What you will do

• Manage device procurement, deployment, and physical security for macOS and Windows devices in Colombia.
• Resolve ITSD tickets in Jira and manage the initiative-based backlog to improve IT operations.
• Administer Google Workspace and implement MDM solutions for endpoint management.
• Conduct IT onboarding for new hires and process termination responsibilities.
• Perform IT audits regarding access control history and software vendor compliance.
• Provide high-level technical support and maintain technical awareness of the application stack.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bogota, Colombia and able to work in a hybrid model.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• 2-6 years of experience in IT operations.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools (Claude or equivalent) to enhance productivity.
• Proficiency in cloud productivity suites, macOS/Windows enterprise management, and endpoint security platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience working with PCI-DSS, SOC 2 Type 2, and CIS controls.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira ticketing classification, and meeting workflows.
• Ability to work autonomously, identify process gaps, and implement improvements.
