What you will do
- Own the CEO’s calendar management, prioritization, and daily operating rhythms.
- Manage inbox triage, drafting responses, and maintaining communication flow with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare briefings, agendas, decks, and notes to ensure the CEO is prepared for all meetings.
- Track decisions and commitments to maintain project momentum and stakeholder accountability.
- Coordinate seamless domestic and international travel and logistics.
- Support investor meetings, board preparations, executive offsites, and company-wide events.
Requirements
- Experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Must be based in an APJ / APAC timezone to provide coverage for a global leadership team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience working in async, remote-first, or globally distributed teams.
- Proficiency with Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Strong judgment regarding prioritization, confidentiality, and executive communication.
