TL;DR

Executive Assistant (CEO Support): Managing the CEO's operational rhythms, communications, and logistics within a remote-first, fast-scaling developer platform with an accent on time management and executive coordination. Focus on optimizing the CEO's focus, managing complex global schedules, and driving follow-through across a distributed team.

Location: Must be based in an APJ / APAC timezone

Supabase is a Postgres development platform providing a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search.

What you will do

  • Own the CEO’s calendar management, prioritization, and daily operating rhythms.
  • Manage inbox triage, drafting responses, and maintaining communication flow with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare briefings, agendas, decks, and notes to ensure the CEO is prepared for all meetings.
  • Track decisions and commitments to maintain project momentum and stakeholder accountability.
  • Coordinate seamless domestic and international travel and logistics.
  • Support investor meetings, board preparations, executive offsites, and company-wide events.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Must be based in an APJ / APAC timezone to provide coverage for a global leadership team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience working in async, remote-first, or globally distributed teams.
  • Proficiency with Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Strong judgment regarding prioritization, confidentiality, and executive communication.
