What you will do

• Manage an end-to-end B2B accounts receivable portfolio to maximize recovery and reduce past-due percentages.
• Monitor and optimize AI-driven collection workflows and contact strategies.
• Identify high-risk accounts early and provide actionable insights to the Risk Team.
• Collaborate with GTM, Customer Support, Accounting, and Payment Application teams.
• Manage relationships with external collection agencies and oversee preliminary legal matters.
• Execute high-level executive outreach and maintain a strict follow-up cadence.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Collections or Accounts Receivable within fintech, banking, or corporate B2B.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and comfort managing AI-driven systems and CRM databases.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Ability to work independently under pressure with meticulous attention to detail.
• Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia and available for hybrid office attendance.
