What you will do

• Execute end-to-end system testing from a customer perspective, including mock project setups and off-site field data collection.
• Conduct field testing with current and in-development hirify.global hardware.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to provide feedback on new features and verify software fixes within an Agile cycle.
• Drive quality by identifying and reporting bugs or system improvements for cloud-based workflows and connected products.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a tertiary qualification in Surveying, Geography, or a related field.
• Must be legally authorised to work in New Zealand.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for highly collaborative teamwork.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving in technical environments.
• Willingness to work outdoors for field-based testing and data collection.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hirify.global Access software.
• Experience in software development.
• Passion for user-centric design and simplifying complex field workflows.
• Experience with cloud-based software systems or mobile application testing.
