What you will do

• Coordinate the production and delivery of 2D and 3D assets for marketing and in-game content.
• Partner with Art Directors, Creative Leads, and cross-functional teams to deliver a high volume of projects.
• Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Organize workloads and monitor progress for internal teams and external creative partners.
• Coordinate asset reviews, approvals, and feedback cycles.
• Contribute to improving production workflows, tools, and processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or creative production within advertising, marketing, or game development.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain for hybrid work.
