Location: Hybrid (Budapest, Hungary) – minimum 2 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers to deliver ambitious graphics goals.
• Architect and implement core functionalities for a robust and scalable Unreal-powered graphics pipeline.
• Develop and optimize AR/VR and backend graphics solutions integrated with in-house art assets.
• Drive high standards in testing, peer reviews, and debugging to ensure top-tier solution delivery.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment through daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and design reviews.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine (ideally UE5) with expertise in both C++ and Blueprints.
• Deep understanding of modern C++ (11/14/17) for writing high-performance code.
• Hands-on experience with backend graphics engines such as DirectX, OpenGL, or Vulkan.
• Proficiency in HLSL/GLSL shader development and strong 3D mathematical foundations.
• Demonstrated experience working with AR/VR technologies and pipelines.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Budapest office (minimum 2 days per week).
