What you will do

• Build and manage VIP lifecycle journeys focusing on retention, reactivation, and loyalty growth.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive VIP strategy and define segmentation for high-value players.
• Lead, scale, and motivate the VIP management team.
• Optimize VIP bonus models and rewards to ensure ROI-positive allocation.
• Monitor and improve key KPIs, including VIP LTV, ARPU, Retention Rate, and NGR.
• Collaborate with CRM, BI, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure high-quality personalized communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the iGaming industry.
• 3+ years of experience in VIP management or high-value player retention.
• Proven experience managing and scaling VIP teams.
• Strong understanding of player segmentation and monetization strategies.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in bonus cost optimization and ROI modeling.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) required.
