A fintech company specializing in providing payment solutions, including global card processing, SEPA and SWIFT payouts, and a payment gateway.

What you will do

• Manage the full client onboarding lifecycle from initial engagement to successful activation.
• Prepare, maintain, and oversee compliance documentation packages for accuracy and regulatory adherence.
• Liaise with banks, payment providers, and other financial partners regarding client onboarding.
• Monitor application statuses and proactively drive next steps to complete the onboarding process.
• Respond promptly to incoming requests and provide necessary information.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal workflows and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience in onboarding, underwriting, or compliance operations.
• Mandatory experience within fintech, payments, PSPs, e-commerce, or other financial services.
• Understanding of client onboarding processes and related regulatory requirements.
• English: C1 level required.
• Russian: C1 level required.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
