Product Manager (Web3)

Product Manager (Platform/Web3): Designing and planning the R&D Efficiency and Cloud Management Platforms with an accent on CI/CD, DevSecOps, and multi-cloud resource management. Focus on driving the platform's AI-Native evolution through LLM productization, intelligent orchestration, and data-driven optimization.

Location: Hong Kong or Singapore. Prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore and do not require visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Own product planning, roadmap, and release cadence for the R&D Efficiency and Cloud Management platforms.
• Translate pain points across CI/CD, DevSecOps, and multi-cloud management into clear product solutions.
• Lead the functional design of core modules, including security gates and full-lifecycle multi-cloud resource management.
• Drive AI-Native evolution by planning AI Agent and LLM productization for intelligent review and ChatOps.
• Collaborate with R&D, SRE, and Security teams to onboard business systems and improve delivery quality.
• Establish and monitor a data-driven metrics system using DORA metrics, MTTR, and cloud resource utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of B2B or platform product management experience.
• Deep understanding of the DevOps/CI/CD lifecycle and software delivery processes.
• Familiarity with Cloud Management Platforms (CMP), multi-cloud management, or Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs).
• Knowledge of AI/LLM productization (Agent, RAG, ChatOps).
• Fluent English communication skills.
