What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI agent integration in operational workflows.
• Translate complex business needs into structured technical requirements and implementation designs.
• Build and configure AI agent prototypes using platforms such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot.
• Define agent behavior, including tool integration, data access, and human-review checkpoints.
• Validate and iterate on AI solutions based on direct end-user feedback.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Security, QA, DevOps) to ensure responsible and scalable AI deployment.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in software engineering and application development.
• Proficiency with APIs, cloud-based systems, and integrations.
• Ability to work across frontend, backend, and data layers.
• Practical exposure to LLMs, AI tools, or workflow automation solutions.
• Experience translating business processes into technical implementations.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agent frameworks or orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of prompt design and AI model output evaluation.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with production support, observability, and monitoring.
